We've been trying to work a little in our yard. The kids are loving all the dirt! It is definitely a work in progress! Lanette loves making little creations and of course she always wants me to take a picture.
We got a pretty good deal on a wheel barrow from Costco...of course I had to put it together, but the kids sure had fun pretending it was a boat!
In the back of the yard we added a row of these red plum bushes a few weeks later they had beautiful pink flowers. We also planted 3 trees along the back. They are pretty small now, but I think they will be awesome in the future.
Parker was showing off his muscles and his hard work ethic! He loved pushing the dirt out of the way.
We put a little magnolia bush right about where Lanette is standing and tried to see this area a bit. So far it looks mostly like weeds are growing...
