Sea World

Along with buying a house we decided to take a week long vacation to California...not the best timing, but we had such a blast! It was nice to get away from the stress and just enjoy being a family. Moving is always crazy and it was niced to have some solid family time before getting started on the craziness! We left on a Friday at 2:30 in the morning and drove all day to get to San Diego. We had gone back and forth about how to break up the trip and finally we decided to follow the example of one of our neighbors and just go for it all in one day. I have to say we were tired, but it was so nice not to have to unload everyone in and out of a hotel a few times! On to the pictures!

The kids loved the Pet's Rule show. However, if you go to a place like Sea World and you have a small baby make sure you bring a change of clothes...Hazel had a major blowout at the beginning of the day (right before this show) and spent the rest of the day in just the onesie with poop on it!

The underwater viewing for the killer whales was probably my favorite part!

Waiting for the Clyde and Seamore show...it was a Halloween version and the kids thought it was cool to see all the decorations.
Lanette is pretty tall and so Aaron tried to talk her into going on some rides - he bribed her a dollar for every scary ride. I can't believe she went on the Atlantis roller coaster. I'm totally freaked out by roller coasters and they make me sick to my stomach, but she was a total champ!

It was a long, but awesome day! The kids were tired, but they weren't complaining!
