Lanette is all about the silly face. Whenever it is time to take pictures she whips out her tongue, closes her eyes or frowns. She just loves to be silly and we love it too!
He is starting to be such a big kid. He just loves to take care of his sisters. His specialties: getting Net's milk and making Grace smile.
Her little smiles light up her face and they never fail to make the rest of us smile. She's the cure for the blues - as soon as she smiles things start looking better!
We've been bouncing around ideas about how to get the kids more involved in planning / executing family night. We've finally settled on (for the moment) on kid choosing the treat and conducting and the other kid (Grace doesn't get to help out yet...except for the smiling) picks our activity and a fun opening song. Even though they are so young they seem to love helping out and when they are happy - family night is a blast!
Look at your adorable kids! We've had the same family night dilemma and have done the same thing you are trying. We even added having one of them repeat a scripture to the family. They love being involved!
